Room was nice and clean, well decorated. Small as is to be expected in the middle of a large city. Bathroom quite large and had a lovely shower, no tub. Bed was soft by Italian hotel standards. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and had a nice bar and restaurant. Staff were very helpful at checkin and checkout. Location was a ten minute walk from the main train station and 5 minutes from two different metro stops. I like that it was in a more residential area, a little off the tourist path..

The hotel is classy, modern with incredible style. The big TV with many international channels is a dream. The bathroom was clean with shower gels and other essentials you don’t always get in all hotels! The bed was sooo comfortable, I melted into my pillow after a long day of travelling and sight seeing. It was my wife’s birthday, they went above and beyond to make us and her feel special! Great staff helpful and kind.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and were surprised and delighted by everything about it. The service delivered by every single staff member was exceptional - special shout out to Antoinella at the Cafe and all of the wait staff in the restaurant. Was totally floored by how warm and friendly the service was. Breakfast was incredible - a great spread every day and again well supported by the service of a team that anticipate your needs. The hotel decor is also stunning! Really loved everything about this place…. Our first family holiday in Italy and the reception here got us off to a great start!! Very highly recommended !

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice even though not very big, it fitted well to my needs on a business trip. The breakfast was great, and had lots of options. And I really liked the complementary photo booth at the lobby.

It was my second time at Duo Milano Porta Nova, and it was just as I remembered. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and with super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast spread and attentive staff are a great way to start the day, It's great for business travellers as well as tourists, even tho it is located a bit far from the kain points of interest. But being a short walk from the Milano Centrale is helpful and practical.

The hotel's location is excellent (7 min away from Centrale), which makes it very convenient if you do not have a lot of time to roam around the city. Breakfast was good, the staff very nice and efficient, and the rooms were comfortable. It is highly recommendable.

I liked the bold interior design in the lobby/ bar and also the room. Some of what I was hoping to see in Milan. It is walking distance to the central train station and a 4 minute taxi ride €6.50 at 8am on weekday. It is in more of a built up urban area, rather than being in a glamorous district or touristy district. The buffet breakfast was good value and was bundled with the room price. Suggest finding a cafe nearby if you are in need of a good espresso or latte. Very comfortable room with pillow top bed. Working air conditioning was good when it was still 32degC at 7pm.

Location convenient. The beds and pillows were the best!!! Would love to know the brand. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great in every aspect. I really liked the ambience and the friendly staff either at the reception or the bar. It is modern, elegant and located near everything you need such as a metro station, market, restaurant, central station and much more.
